BizScan is operated by Rob & The Young Holdings SL, a company incorporated in Spain. By using BizScan you agree to these terms.

2. A free service

BizScan is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions or payments. We may change, limit or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Provided “as is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.

4. AI assessments are opinions

All scores, revenue figures, benchmarks and recommendations are AI-generated estimates and opinions. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and they are not financial, legal, tax or professional business advice. Do not rely on them for investment or commercial decisions without independent verification.

5. Acceptable use

• Only photograph what you are legally allowed to photograph, and respect local privacy laws.
• Do not upload images of people intended to identify individuals, or unlawful, offensive content.
• Do not use BizScan to harass, defame or damage a business or person.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.

We may suspend access where these rules are broken.

6. Public scan pages

If you publish a scan as a public page, you are responsible for the content you make public, including whether the storefront photo is shown.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rob & The Young Holdings SL is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of BizScan or reliance on its output. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory Spanish consumer law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Spain having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
